About Matt Blauner

 

Founder of WURK Fitness, Matt Blauner is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CPT & CES) who has been creating customized workouts for personal training in the Northern New Jersey area for over five years. He is also a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach.

His practice is built on his ability to understand his clients’ individual needs and relate to each of their personalities. He works with people of all age groups, fitness levels, and tailors workout programs to each client’s abilities and specific goals. Matt has experience working with high profile clientele.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from William Paterson University with a minor in Nutrition.
